Naaksidente ang former Encantadia star na si Jake Cuenca habang nagti-training para sa isang triathlon meet.

Ayon sa ulat ng Balitanghali, nabangga ang aktor habang nagbibisikleta sa Mall of Asia area sa Pasay City.

Base sa paunang ulat, nagtamo si Jake Cuenca ng bali sa braso at ilang sugat sa mukha. Dinala kaagad ang aktor sa ospital.
