Joey’s husband publicly admitted being a transwoman on July 2. Born Ian Angelo King, she now prefers to be called Angelina Mead King.
 
Aside from Iza, several celebrities including Troy Montero, Marc Nelson, Rovilson Fernandez and Tim Yap have also expressed their support for the couple.
