Kara David is known as an award-winning Kapuso TV host and news anchor.
For more than two decades, she has hosted several award-winning news programs and documentaries including i-Witness, Brigada, and Pinas Sarap.
But not a lot of people know about the humble beginnings of Kara David.
In a recent episode of Tunay Na Buhay, Kara shared how she began her career in news and public affairs, and how slowly and steadily she became the successful and respected TV host and journalist that she is now.
Kara revealed to host Pia Arcangel that her first job was working as a PA (Production Assistant) and Researcher for GMA News and Public Affairs.
And it was almost by accident that Jessica Soho discovered that she has the makings of a good journalist.
