In a video from ELLE, Kelsey had to shop in Sephora for a full-coverage makeup look in 30 minutes with just $150.
ELLE's Senior Beauty Editor, Kristina Rodulfo, joined Kelsey in picking out makeup items.
Some of the products Kelsey bought are the Laura Mercier Tinter Moisturizer, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, and the Fenty Beauty Match Stix.
