After five years, Korean actor Kim Myung Soo has returned to the country for his first-ever solo fan meeting. His first Philippines's visit was in 2015 alongside Korean boy group Infinite members.
Also known professionally as L of Infinite, the actor landed in the Philippines on Sunday, January 12 and held his “Come With Me" fan meeting later that night at the New Frontier Theater.
As to what he loves the most about the Philippines, Myung Soo said it was the warm welcome he received from fans.
He said, “I'm very nervous because it's been a while since I performed, and it's also been a while since I last saw my fans here in the Philippines.
“But I was very happy because the moment I landed at the airport, there were a lot of fans waiting for me.
“I'm very happy but nervous as well.”
Myung Soo portrayed the role of a Commoner Yi-sun in the critically-acclaimed Korean series The Emperor: Ruler of the Mask alongside Korean stars Yoo Seung-ho, Kim So-hyun, Yoon So-hee, Heo Joon-ho, and Park Chul-min.
He also headlined in the hit Korean drama Angel's Last Mission: Love as the fallen angel Dan.
During his stay at the country, he shared that he wants to try local cuisines and explore Metro Manila.
