Kris Bernal starred in a 22-minute docufilm co-written and directed by Pat Perez, produced by LeGit Entertainment & Media Co. for the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.
 
It gives a preview of the struggles of Andres Bonifacio, the true patriots in the KKK and the women of the revolution.
 
She played Gregoria de Jesus or Oryang, the Lakambini of the Katipunan.
 
The film also starred theater actors and was narrated by Karen Tañada-Nakpil, the great granddaughter of Gregoria herself.
