An emotional Kris Bernal can be seen on YouTube today as she announces to her fans about her hacked social media accounts.

The Hanggang Sa Dulo ng Buhay Ko star said that all her social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and personal e-mail, have been hacked by a suspicious group from Konya, Turkey since yesterday, September 22.

“Kanina pang 3am na-hack 'yung account ko, both email and Instagram account. Hindi ko na mabuksan.

“Ginawa ko na ang dapat kong gawin. Ni-retrieve ko na ang lahat pero 'di ko na siya ma-retrieve.”

The actress also mentioned that the hacker called her up and asked that she pay $750 in order to retrieve her account.

“I mean, I only got 1.4 million followers, it's not as much as others, you know?

“I've been trying to be active in social media for months now, I started blogging and everything dahil gusto kong magkaroon ng social media awareness.

“Gusto kong maging malakas sa social media kasi alam ko pag-TV may viewers na ako sa TV, pero 'yung social media talaga, gusto ko talaga ma-capture 'yung audience na 'yun kasi alam ko hindi sila yung market ko.”

In the video, Kris also confesses making time to vlog despite her hectic schedule and that she feels defeated knowing her accounts had been hacked.

She says, “I don't have time to vlog and sini-squeeze ko lang sa schedule ko. And I get so pressured every single day kung ano yung popular na content.

“And now I lost everything--my e-mail, my Instagram account, everything.

"I really feel depressed. I don't know what happened and I can't figure it out.”

Kris pleads to the public to report to Instagram that her account had been hacked and asks for help from anyone who can assist her.
