In today's '(June 25) Unang Hirit,' the actress shared her tips on how to enjoy working out and to become the best version of yourself. Watch it here:

Aside from being a versatile actress and a very hands-on entrepreneur, Kapuso talent Kris Bernal is also known for being a fitspiration to many.

When it comes to workout clothes, Kris suggests that you should look for comfortable shoes that match your activity.

“As long as it's comfortable. Kasi 'yun halos 'yung laging gagalaw sa iyo e.

“So, kailangan comfortable, well-cushioned siya, and at the same time very light-weight.”

As for choosing the right workout and diet, she says it all depends on your very own fitness goal.

“Sa akin kasi I'm on a weight-gain program so kailangan mabibigat 'yung binubuhat ko to gain muscles… and mabibigat 'yung kinakain ko. I eat a lot of meats, mga steaks, salmon, and favorite ko 'yung quinoa which is my substitute for rice.

“Siyempre may iba na gusto ay i-lose 'yung weight so they have to do a lot of cardio at may high-intensity training talaga.

“'Yung iba gusto naman magka-abs, ayaw ng arms, ayaw ng legs, but abs lang. So you focus on the abs part.

“Depende kung ano 'yung gusto mong i-improve all over your body.”

As someone who has to play the balancing act between multiple jobs and a more than full-time actress schedule, I struggle to have any time for myself. ✨ Are you interested to know how I stay sane, fit, and productive when I'm juggling three (or more)?
