Looking back on everything that's happened in your life can be an emotional rollercoaster ride. Trying times and happy times can both bring about a feeling of sadness, as people also sometimes mourn the fact that those joyful life times in their life are over, or that they can no longer relive them.

Most people often feel regret about things they didn't do or having taken for granted, as well as things that they wish they still have now. But is it wrong or useless to regret anything from your past?

This was the topic that Mars Pa More guests Rhian Ramos and Myrtle Sarrosa reflected on during the Hugot Playlist segment.

Rhian revealed that she absolutely has no regrets. She explained, “For me, personally, I also have no regrets. Hindi ibig sabihin na wala akong ginawang mali or lahat ng parts ng buhay ko masaya. It's just that yung mga negative parts din kasi, grateful ako doon kasi it's in the dark times that you grow the most.

"Kasi kung laging masaya yung pinagdadaanan mo, laging komportable, wala ring growth and wala kang natututunan. Your personality and your belief system as a person are being built.”

Meanwhile, Kapuso newbie Myrtle got emotional while reflecting on her past experiences, and at one point she even shed a tear. Myrtle shared her realization by saying, “Everything you experience has a reason.”
