Max Collins shared her pregnancy workout routine that can be done at home to inspire her fellow soon-to-be mommies.
Inspired by Australian health and fitness expert Emily Skye, the Kapuso actress showed how to do leg and glute exercises in an Instagram post.
The workout is comprised of 10 reps of resistance band side squat, sumo squat with dumbbell, dumbbell dead lift, and glute bridge with dumbbells resting on thighs.
Each movement should be done in two to three sets on each side, except for the last movement. Glute bridge with dumbbells resting on thighs must be done in one set only.
For the cool down portion, Max did Vinyasa yoga for endurance and strength training.
In the caption, she said, "Wanted to share this workout with you preggo mommies out there!"
"Gotta stay healthy & fit for our babies."
Max then reminded expectant moms to consult their doctor first before proceeding to this workout.
She said, "Just make sure to be cleared by your doctor before doing this workout, especially if you haven't done some of these moves before.
She then added, "Don't push yourself if you feel dizzy or tired, take a break / do less sets, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY AND WHAT IT NEEDS."
