Nico Bolzico shows his workout routine for the past two years.

Nico Bolzico shares his tried-and-tested exercises to his Instagram followers.

According to Solenn Heussaff's husband, he's been doing this routine for the past two years.

Nico also related that aside from this routine, he's also doing runs and football.

"Here are the only 5 simple exercises that I have been doing for the past 2 years [on top of going for some runs and football]."

Nico said his simple exercises do not need gym equipment, but there's a bit of a risk if you have a wifezilla.

He said, "No equipment or space needed, the danger is that if you sweat the floor of the house you will be exposed to your #Wifezilla rage and that my friends, it is not a minor risk to take!

"So do this exercise under your own risk, the #BulliedHusbandsClub is not responsible for the potential damages caused by that marital rage."

Nico's exercise routine includes:

5 burpees
10 Leg raised abs
10 Push-ups
10 Jumping Squats
20 seconds plank

However, he stressed that while this routine works well for him, it's still best to listen to experts.

"I have zero credentials to recommend workouts and my form is pretty bad, this is simply what I have been doing lately!"

He added, "Each of us is different and I recommend you listen to experts that might know your body better; as long as they don't contradict what your wife/girlfriend says."
