A few more days and we'll soon get to watch the highly anticipated film Captain Marvel on the big screen.
The female superhero from the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be played by Oscar winner Brie Larson. The actress will play a former US fighter pilot named Carol Danvers who follows her path to becoming a superhero.
As it turns out, playing a superhero is no easy feat.
The actress shared that the hardest thing about playing Captain Marvel is having the stamina to complete the 75-day shoot.
“Because I did all of my own stunts too, it was a lot.” the Hollywood actress shared.
To play a superhero fighting aliens in space, she was reported to have trained every day for nine months but actually found a sport that she loved doing.
“I really took judo and I still love it.
"I've been joking that I want to be on the US Judo team for the Olympics,” she said.
And what does Samuel L. Jackson, aka Nick Fury, think of the would-be Captain Marvel?
“It's always awesome working with Brie.
“She worked really hard to be physically able to do all the things that she does in this film. She does a lot,” he concluded.
