Then, we suggest you try making a tea and dessert from pandan leaves. Below are the ingredients and instructions on how to make Panglad tea and Creamy Pandan Jelly.

Panglad Tea

Here are the 4 ingredients for this tea:

1) Pandan leaves
2) Tanglad
3) 3 glasses of water
4) Lemon/calamansi

Panglad tea is a combination of pandan and tanglad. It can be served hot or cold and is easy to prepare. Boil them separately with 3 glasses of water. Once the water turns slightly green, you can then combine them in one glass and add a squeeze of lemon.

Creamy Pandan Jelly

Here are the things you'll be needing for this dessert:

1) Pandan leaves
2) Gulaman/gelatin
3) 5 tbsps. of white sugar
4) 1 pack of all-purpose cream

Simply mix the gulaman, sugar, and all-purpose cream in a bowl. Add the boiled pandan leaves and refrigerate for 2 hours. You can also add buko strips to turn it into a buko pandan dessert.
