After years of hitting the gym and successfully achieving his toned body, Rocco now reveals his secret routine.


Are you mesmerized by Aquil's biceps every time you watch Encantadia? Don't worry as Rocco Nacino shares his tips on how you can achieve those perfect muscles.

Known to be an athlete, the Kapuso actor lives an active lifestyle. In fact, the young entrepreneur owns a boxing gym in Ortigas. After years of hitting the gym and successfully achieving his toned body, he now reveals his secret routine.

"Make your biceps workout fun with this exercise [called] the 21," wrote the Encantadia star in his caption.

The 21 biceps workout by Rocco Nacino:

1. Do seven repetitions of bicep concentrations only to up to 45 degrees and then go all the way down.

2. Do seven repetitions up to the middle

3. Do seven full bicep curls to maximize the workout

4. Finally, bring the barbell up and give it a good five to 10-second squeeze

Make your Bicep workout fun with this exercise. The "21". Do 7 reps of bicep concentrations only to 45 degrees, and then go all the way down and do 7 reps up to the middle, and then do 7 full bicep curls to maximize the workout.
