James Arthur went ballistic over warm welcome from Pinoy fans.
For the first time, English singer-songwriter James Arthur performed in Manila for a series of mall shows from November 22-24, 2019.
On Instagram, the singer expressed his surprise that his Filipino audiences know his hit song “Say You Won't Let Go” very well.
“It's crazy to think that I travelled 20 hours on an aircraft to the other side of the world and these beautiful people know my song and they sang it with me. Fifty million viewers! Thank you to the Philippines! It's now the 12th most streamed song ever in history! Whaaaaaaat!,” Arthur exclaimed.
James Arthur rose to fame after winning the ninth series of The X Factor in 2012.
His debut single, a cover of Shontelle's "Impossible", was released by Syco Music after the final, and debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart.
“Say You Won't Let Go,” “Rewrite The Stars,” and “Falling Like The Stars” are some of Arthur's hits.
