Scarlett Kramer surprised her big sister and best friend Kendra Kramer on her 13th birthday.
The video of Team Kramer showed a few details of Kendra's birthday celebration. Kendra, the eldest child of Doug and Chesca Kramer, just turned 13 years old last June 25.
In the video, Scarlett gave her Ate and best friend a sweet message.

Scarlett added that she bought their sister bracelets as a present, "So we have each bracelet."
Chesca revealed in the background that Scarlett purchased the gift with her own money.
Kendra showed her appreciation for her sister's gift and said, "Oh my gosh, it's so cute!"
