Solenn Heussaff revealed that there was a time when she felt uninspired. Luckily, she got a few days free from work so she booked a solo flight to Cambodia.

According to Solenn's website, “I was stuck in a rut. You know how it is when you're just going through life but you aren't really living? That's how I felt like. It was also around this time when an opportunity came right when I really needed it. For some reason, I just didn't have work for five straight days and that never happens. So I took advantage of all the surprise free time I had and booked a trip right away to Siem Reap in Cambodia. Why Siem Reap? I think you guys know that I really love traveling to places that are a little bit off the beaten track, where it's a little more rustic, quiet, and you can just spend more time to be by yourself and reflect.”

During the trip, Solenn met the designer Eric Raisina and created a few clothing pieces with him in his couture house. She revealed that before she started showbiz she was a designer.

“I just designed and made clothes with him the whole time. Before I entered showbiz, that's actually what I used to do. And it was so amazing to get lost again in what I used to love doing. We're actually launching a collection by the end of November! I'll announce more on my Instagram.”

The Kapuso star disclosed that people should not be afraid to take a pause in their lives and try out something so they will feel motivated again.

“If you have those days, like me, when you don't feel okay--that's okay. No matter how “small” or “big” your problem is, if you feel that you need some time to yourself, take that time. It's never a bad thing to step away for a bit when you need to discover a little more of who you are or to find your passion again. Sometimes, time spent away from the road you've been used to running every single day is exactly what you need to get back on track.”
