
Solenn Heussaff reveals the secret to achieve a flat tummy.
In her latest post on solenn.ph titled "My Flat Tummy Workout," Solenn disclosed that one of the most-asked questions by her followers is how she got her flat tummy.
She answered by stating diet facts, “First things first—it’s true when they say that “Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.” So if you want to flatten your tummy, you have to start by eating healthy, cutting down on the bad stuff like sugar, and drinking lots of water.”
Solenn stressed that her workout routine consists of doing Toe Toe Touch Crunches + Hip Lifts, Plank Knee to Elbow, Up and Down Plank, Foot Taps as many times for 30 seconds. She also suggested to take a minute break in between exercise and to do 3 rounds of everything for 15 minutes.
