Makikitang nag-stretch at na-destress ang 40 binbinibi habang ginagawa ang mga meditative exercises na itinuro sa kanila.

Stretch

Ayon kay Dr. Lia Bernardo, ang ideal time na mag-stretch ay pagkatapos gumising sa umaga.

Aniya, “I would say, in the morning only because you're sleeping and it's the best time to do so because it feels good.

“But you can stretch after lunch, especially if you're office-bound.”

Meditate

Maglaan din ng oras para magnilay-nilay o pag-meditate.

Ilayo muna ang isip sa mga negative thoughts o mga dapat gawin at huwag kalimutang mag-breathe in and breathe out.

Smile

Malaking bagay daw ang nagagawa ng pag-ngiti at pagiging positibo.

“There's a lot of positive energy in smiling but it's also a reflection of what's going on inside you.”

Dance and Move

Dance to your own beat kahit parehong kaliwa ang iyong paa o kahit simpleng pag-lakad ay may malaking benepisyo sa iyong katawan.

Sabi niya, “Even if it's in the office area, like the stairs, walk around so that there's some sort of movement that happens in your body every day.”

Touch
