Weeks after teasing her fans, Taylor Swift has returned with a new single and a new color palette of what would be her seventh studio album.
The single, “ME!,” is a bubbly pop song performed by the singer-songwriter, together with Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco.
Its music video has also premiered on YouTube, following a 13-day countdown - the singer's lucky number - and an array of other clues and Easter eggs aimed at the 29-year-old's diehard fans.
Watch:
The song is co-written by Joel Little who produced Lorde's “Pure Heroine” album as well as songs by Khalid, Sam Smith, Imagine Dragons, and more.
Earlier today, Taylor Swift also made a public appearance in Nashville, standing in front of a colorful butterfly mural that she secretly commissioned.
Painted in black, the word “ME!” is written in between the butterfly's wings further confirming speculation that new music was on its way.
