Congratulations, Tim and Javi!

Life truly begins at 40!

Tim Yap proved this true as he proposed to his longtime boyfriend and business partner, Javi Martinez.  

The surprise proposal came during Tim's Miss Universe-inspired birthday bash held last night, January 19 at the Manila house in BGC. 

Guests were encouraged to come in a national costume that inspired them.

Tim celebrated his 40th birthday last January 17. He and Javi are business partners for Yaparazzi Events, an events production company.

The party, dubbed #TYUniverse, was graced by many of Tim's celebrity friends like Isabelle Daza, Lovi poe, Cristalle belo and many more.
