Newbie actor Vince Vandorpe was raised in Europe. Get to know the young Kapuso in this 'Mars' video.
Cain At Abel star Vince Vandorpe who grew up in Europe with his family has been living in the Philippines for five years to pursue a showbiz career.
While in Mars, Vince recounted some of the sacrifices he made to follow his dreams. One of which is to leave his family behind.
"'Nung nag-decide ako para lumipat sa Pilipinas, I left my job, I left my family there, 'yung lola ko which I super love. [It was a] big leap of faith," said Vince.
What's especially heartbreaking for Vince is missing his youngest sister who is currently eight years old.
"'Nung lumipat ako dito, heartbreak din. Kasi bata pa 'yung bunso, when I left, she was three years old. So super bata. Every time I go back, she grows. I've missed a lot of time in between, masakit 'yun sa puso," he shared.
