After battling stage 3 colon cancer, Wil Dasovich reveals he’s cancer-free.

The 25-year-old vlogger went through 9 cycles of chemotherapy and a surgery last January. Wil discussed the good news in a vlog entitled, “Life Determined by a Phone Call (EMOTIONAL).” In his video description, he wrote what he went through and what helped him to keep going. 

“It’s been a long and challenging 6 months since the diagnosis occurred last August of 2017. After completing all treatments including chemotherapy and surgery, everything has come down to this. A phone call that will reveal the results of the pathology analysis determining the presence of remaining cancer cells or if my body is completely rid of the disease. However, the bigger picture of all of this is the concept of challenge and volition. Life is filled with ups and downs and part of living is finding a way to pass as many obstacles thrown on your course. If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.”

Wil also added a note of gratefulness for everyone who supported him in this battle. 

“We all have our own challenges ahead of us but it’s how you respond to these challenges that will define.
