Last time, Kapuso actress Glaiza de Castro shared her
fashion style. The
Dading star said she prefers laid back and classic just like her fashion idol, Gwen Stefani.
Aside from fashion, Glaiza also wants to share her secrets on how to achieve her physique. She said there are only two important things that everyone should consider in order to have a great body like hers.
Burn those fats and calories away!
Glaiza said she eats regular food including those that are a bit fatty. “Kumakain pa naman ako ng normal food,” she said.
The Kapuso actress pointed out that there’s no need to worry about we eat because there’s a simple way to burn those excess calories. “Tina-try ko ring ibalanse na feeling ko 'pag masyado nang marami 'yung kinain ko, kailangan ko siyang itakbo. ‘Yon 'yung workout ko ngayon eh, takbo,” shared Glaiza.
She added, “May friends ako na sumasama sa 'kin. Usually in the morning talaga, 5:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m., tumatakbo kami sa UP (University of the Philippines).”
Despite her busy schedule, she still finds time to run. Glaiza said, “I used to run every other day pero ngayon since may taping, tina-try ko na isingit siya at least once a week or twice a week kung medyo maluwag 'yung sked.”
Set a limit to eating bad food
Sweets are so tempting to eat because even Glaiza confessed that she’s a fan. “Mahilig talaga ako sa sweets, sobra at kape, sobra,” shared the Dading star.
But according to Glaiza, too much intake of sweets can ruin your diet. She said, “Ingat lang talaga sa pagkain. Kasi puwede ka namang kumain ng sweets.”
She added, “Ako kasi tina-try ko lang din na limitahan 'yung sarili ko na kapag feel ko na one week na akong puro sweets, ita-try ko na next week naman babawasan ko.”
