GMA talked to Glaiza and Sanya during the smartphone's launch at Shangri-la at the Fort last August 15 about their favorite new features and here are our takeaways in how they get awesome photos:
Never worry about draining your battery
Both stars share their love for the revolutionary VOOC Flash Charge Technology. Exclusively developed by OPPO, this feature provides a charging speed of up to four times faster than regular charging--giving you more time to take a lot of selfies and photos. With OPPO F9, a quick five-minute charge is even enough to enable two hours of talk time. “Hindi ka na maghihintay ng matagal (when charging),” Sanya shares excitedly.
You can get your own personal glam team
The newest OPPO phone is equipped with the AI Beauty Technology that can provide users with eight million different beautification effects. “Meron ka nang sariling cosmetic consultant, glam team,” Glaiza shares. “If you look at it, mag-a-adjust siya sa facial features mo. So kung oval 'yung mukha mo or square 'yung mukha mo, you don't have to worry spending hours or days editing your selfie.”
There are AR stickers for everyone
Selfies are more fun with cute stickers on your faces! According to Sanya, the OPPO F9 is your best bet yet. “Natuwa ako kasi kahit pala ilan kayo, puwede siyang gumana,” Sanya says, as she explains the limit on other phones. “With (this), lahat kayo ng mga friends mo, magkakaroon na ng stickers.”
The camera is simply on point
“I also love this dual rear camera, which has 16MP for the subject and 2MP for the background,” says Glaiza of the brand's first-ever AI-enhanced dual rear cameras. These work together to get your perfect bokeh effect. For Sanya, the 25MP front-facing camera should be enough reason to love OPPO F9, “Kasi selfie expert sila.”

OPPO F9 will be initially available in Sunrise Red and Twilight Blue for P17,990.
