The charming actor told us that one of his regrets in the romance department is not giving enough time for love to grow.

He shared, “Feeling ko may mga chance na ‘yung iba, eh. Nababalewala ko lang dahil sa work. Feeling ko ngayon naman kaya ko na pagsabayin.”

Now, Teejay is ready to mingle. He said, “’Yung love life, wala pa po, pero ‘pag nainggit siguro ako sa Valentine’s at pagkatapos ng lahat ng ito, tingin ko mag mago-open up ako.”

What kind of girl does he get attracted to?

“Maraming girls na likeable ‘pag kausap mo and marami ding magaganda. Lahat naman tayo gusto ‘yun,” he said.

He continued, “For me, gusto ko na matanggap ako, matanggap ‘yung family ko at mamahalin ka kahit hindi ka nakaayos. ‘Yun ‘yung hinahanap ko. Parang best friend at soulmate, lahat na.”

How does he let his crush know that he’s interested in getting to know her better?

Teejay shared, “Corny ako sa mga ginagamit kong lines sa kanila. Kapag may textmate ako, tinitignan ko ‘yung quotes sa Twitter. Minsan kasi tinatag ako ng followers ko tapos kapag maganda ‘yung quote, kinokopya ko tapos sinesend ko sa katext ko. Kinikilig naman, so nagwowork naman.”

When asked how his ideal Valentine’s date would go, Teejay said that he would like to spend the whole day with his special someone.

“’Gusto ko siyang makasama from morning until midnight. Hindi namin alam kung ano ‘yung gagawin namin sa tagal na iyon. Siguro, kuwentuhan, lakad para at least nandoon ‘yung feeling na kahit saan tayo dalhin, magkasundo tayo,” he stated.

Teejay added, “Pinakaromantic para sa akin manood ng sunset sa beach. Never ko pang na-experience, pero ‘pag nandoon ako sa sunset, I want someone na katabi ko to experience it. Magku-kuwentuhan lang kami.”
