Last Saturday (May 14) on Taste Buddies, Solenn Heussaff revealed the details on how Nico Bolzico staged his wedding proposal.
Solenn told Iya Villania in an interview segment how the proposal happened in December 2015.

She said, “Akala ko this year, magpo-propose siya. Kasi he's really bad at keeping secrets. And then, umalis ako for two days. Tapos nung bumalik ako nung 3:00 am, sabi ng mom ko, 'Aalis 'yung dad mo for Palawan. Gusto niya na mag-hi sa kanya' so sige.“
Solenn added that Nico fabricated a business meeting as part of the plan. She said, “It’s still early in the morning, si Nico nasa Bacolod for his business.”
The Taste Buddies host revealed how she felt the exact moment she knew a proposal is bound to happen.
“Nung pumunta ako doon tapos nakita ko sa TV si Nico nandoon, umiyak na ako. Sabi ng mom ko, "Bakit ka umiiyak, anak? 'Di mo alam kung anong nangyayari," Solenn chuckled.

She confidently told her mom how she knew that Nico was going to propose.
“Sabi ko, 'Mom. 3:00 am, nasa TV si Nico alam ko kung ano ang mangyayari.' So nung lumabas ako sa garden nandun siya, all white.”
Solenn revealed the reason why she thought it was the right time to say yes to her Argentine boyfriend. She disclosed, “Five years na tapos walang problema. Tapos mahal siya ng parents ko, ng friends ko. So 'yun and then of course 'yung feeling na ready na ako to settle down.”
