The free online festival will feature seven films under three different sub-genres.

Fans of Korean movies will have something to celebrate for the whole month of May.

The Korean Cultural Center (KCC) in the Philippines has announced the return of the Korean Film Festival from May 7 to 27.

This year's event is titled “2021 Korean Film Festival: Full House, Fun for All” and will be held, just like last year, online for health and safety reasons.

There will be seven films in the line-up and divided into action, comedy, and family drama sub-genres.

The films that will be screened for free are: Exit starring Jo Jung-suk; Extreme Job featuring Ryu Seung-ryong, Lee Hanne, Jin Seon-kyu, Lee Dong-hwi, Gong Myung; Miss and Mrs. Cops top-billed by Ra Mi-ran and Lee Sung-kyung; My Annoying Brother with Jo Jung-suk, EXO's Do Kyung-soo and Park Shin-hye; Kim Jiyoung, Born in 1982 starring starring Jung Yu-mi and Gong Yoo; Keys to the Heart by Lee Byung-hun, Park Jung-min; and The Soul-Mate featuring Ma Dong-seok and Kim Young-kwang.

Exciting activities are also on the agenda. Viewers can participate in the 2021 KFF Online Film Reaction Essay Contest and the KFF Survey for a chance to win great prizes.

The festival is part of the events in KCC's “Kolorful Adventures” campaign, which is a nod to the role of Korean films in keeping many, not just Filipinos, entertained throughout the pandemic.
