The Boys Nxt Door have moved houses, lost siblings and picked their respective girls -- but the story is far from over! What happens after The End? Does life go on for those who lost the love of their lives? Do the couples live happily ever after? Or does life just get more complicated? Love Triangle Update “Siyempre, may conflict pa rin ‘yung love triangles,” Kris Bernal began with her trademark Coffee smile. Kris shared that with her own love triangle; Migs (played by Aljur Abrenica) and Coffee have already developed feelings for each other and are now together. But, because there always has to be a ‘but’, the two decided to hide their relationship from their friends in the mean time. But how long can the two hide their relationship? The relationship that will not be hidden is Buboy (played by Marky Cielo) and Sari’s. Glaiza de Castro, who plays Sari, share that unlike before the two are now very open with their feelings for each other. But of course, in every love triangle, someone is left alone. In this case, it’s Stef Prescott’s Isabel who must prove to everyone that she can live after breaking up with Buboy. “Makikita niyo kung paano masaktan si Isabel. ‘Di ba, nagparaya na siya? Sa second season, makikita niyo ‘yung change, ‘yung twist sa story.” But not everyone was left flying solo. Mart Escudero’s Atom might have been left hanging by Coffee’s decision to pick Migs, but he has decided to move on: to Migs’ ex-girlfriend Summer who is played by Jennica Garcia. But the two aren’t a couple yet, and Jennica teases that how they get to become a couple is something the fans should watch out for. Still, there’s one love triangle that’s set to become more tangled: the one with Winona (Rich Asuncion), Decdec (Kiko Junio) and Milo (Jesi Corcuera). The Cast of Characters Grows Decdec has finally chosen Winona, learning to love the woman who accepted him for who he was. But as they’re set to live happily ever after, a mysterious guy (Peter, to be played by Paulo Avelino) from Winona’s past surfaces in their area and her relationship with Decdec is put in jeopardy. “Natutuwa ako dahil sa wakas hindi na ako makikigulo sa ibang love team,” Rich said with a laugh. But she continued that she still doesn’t know if Winona and Decdec will survive the long run. “Hindi pa ako sure kung sino kina Paulo o Kiko (ang pipiliin ni Winona).” With the kids gone from the picture, the show is now more focused on the relationships between the teen friends and their romantic links with each other. But that doesn’t mean that season one decisions will not return to haunt them. Glaiza revealed during an interview that Ailyn Luna will be making a big comeback as Margaret, the deranged over-achiever set on bringing Sari down. “Muli siyang magbabalik with a vengeance!” The rest of the cast have been keeping mum on what else to expect from the second season. But Aljur had one thing to say for the viewers, “Abangan na lang nila, basta marami kaming sorpresa.” To which Rich added, “Mas pinaganda namin kasi binigyan pa nila (the viewers) kami ng pagkakataon pasayahin sila.” The cast may not have revealed much about the plot of the second season of Boys Nxt Door, but they certainly did their best to tease the viewers into watching. And with many loyal fans already caught in the web of these teens’ lives, iGMA is sure that there will be plenty more stories coming from the cast of Boys Nxt Door.
