
Grillo Pizzeria Ristorante prides itself in being the only pizzeria in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro which uses a wood fire brick oven.
Other than pizzas, the restaurant also serves a number of authentic Italian dishes.
It is owned and operated by Alberto Gomaraschi, an Italian who has been living in the Philippines for nine years.
The restaurant first opened in Puerto Galera and transferred to Calapan in 2018.
