Pinas Sarap host Kara David recently explored the streets of Madrid, Spain, and discovered one of their favorite snacks or merienda called churros.
It is Spain's answer to the Filipinos' "pandesal at kape," as churros is often paired with a hot chocolate drink.
Kara went to the oldest and most popular chocolate shop in Madrid called Chocolateria San Gines to learn how churros is made.
She happened to meet a Filipino chef named Jumar Pascua, who gladly taught her the process of making churros.
