Last June 26, the eldest daughter of Doug and Chesca Garcia-Kramer, ?Kendra, celebrated her 7th birthday in a princess-inspired party.

Doug, who is mostly seen as a tough guy in the basketball court, showed his soft spot for Kendra when he cried while giving her a promise ring. In his Instagram account, the leader of Team Kramer recounted the tender moment.

 

Yesterday, I gave my daughter Kendra a promise ring, and in return she gave me her crown. Made me cry ???? Thank you @niceprintphoto for capturing this beautiful moment! This was what I told her: "What is a promise ring? Baby, it is an outward symbol of a promise between people, just like papa and mama's ring to symbolize our love and marriage. For this, it's a promise between you and me Kendra. Pls remember to stay obedient, to love God, and to never easily give away your love to just anyone. Remember how your family loves you. But most especially remember how I treat you, the time I give you, how I respect you as a lady, how I encourage to build your relationship with God, and how much I unconditionally love you. You deserve nothing but the best. Happy birthday Kendra!" Now that's a gift she can keep and treasure till she grows up, that's why I wanted the ring to look extra special. I love you baby! ????
