Kapuso primetime actress Lovi Poe was one of the recent guests of TV host/eventologist Tim Yap on his online vlog Tim Yap Live!
Lovi shared with Tim her life while in quarantine and her decision before to go to Los Angeles, California for a few months.
The conversation began with Tim asking Lovi what her prime motivation to workout every single day is while in quarantine.
Lovi explained, "Maybe because I eat like crazy too. Wala akong choice, kasi kung hindi, oh my, God!
"'Yung sitwasyon natin ngayon, it's really stressful and I am the type to, you know, binge eat when I'm stressed and when I'm feeling down.
"At the same time I just like to try to make up for it by working out."

Tim then asked about Lovi's decision to leave showbiz for some time and live in Los Angeles, California.
"My life in L.A., I went there [and] I took a break from work, siguro kasi I have been doing it for like what 15 years.
"So I was just like, I think it's time for me to just you know hit the reset button.
"I was there for like almost six months and it was nice, kasi you know, to be able to replenish your soul again and nung pag-uwi ko dito sa Manila to get back to work, parang I feel the excitement I felt when I was starting again.
"So that's exactly what I needed. So that's why I took a break for like a few months"
