Michelle Dee introduced her brothers Mazen and Adam who are both diagnosed with autism.
Mga Lihim ni Urduja actress Michelle Dee shared an inspiring message in “HER story” video about her advocacy for autism awareness.
In a video uploaded on Empire Philippines YouTube page, the Miss Universe Philippines candidate introduced her brothers Mazen and Adam, who were both diagnosed with autism.
Michelle discussed her memory of visiting Salcedo Park in Makati, which has a special place in her heart.
The Sparkle talent said, “These are my two brothers, individuals on the spectrum. This is Adam [Lawyer], my younger brother. And this is Mazen, my older brother as well. So, all of us grew up here.
“When you have brothers in the spectrum, they also need a lot of exercise kaya lagi silang tumatakbo dito. Dito sila nag-e-exercise just to wind down and relax.”
She continued, “This is why I advocate for autism awareness because my brothers needed it and everyone on the spectrum needs it too.”

In 2019, Michelle Dee finished in the Top 12 of the Miss World competition held in London, England. She clinched the Miss Universe Philippines Tourism crown in last year's pageant.
