There's a reason why Scarlet Snow did not get what she wants this New Year.
Her celebrity doctor mom, Vicki Belo, explains on her Instagram post this January 1: "Sometimes, it's good not to give your child what she wants (laptop) so they can use their imagination."
So Scarlet settled for a paper laptop.
