The Nation's Son and Mama's Dreambae of Cavite Will Ashley turns 23 years old today, September 17.

The home-grown Kapuso talent was catapulted to stardom after his stint in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition. His tandem with Ralph de Leon proved to be a real force when they were hailed as the Second Big Placer Duo.

This year has been truly special for the birthday boy and some of his fellow housemates have something to say on his birthday.

One of them is Vince Maristela, who said in a video message that he is grateful for the friendship they have built.

The Kapuso hunk said, “Happy, happy birthday brother! Gusto ko lang sabihin is more success to you. I wish you all the best at siyempre lagi akong thankful sa friendship natin, sa journey natin sa PBB. Alam mo 'yan. Buhat lang tayo parati.”

Meanwhile, AZ Martinez shared that she is incredibly proud of seeing him blossom and stated that he is one talented actor.

“Isa sa pinakamakulit na nakilala ko and I'm happy na you are one of my closest friends and I'm really proud of you. I'm proud of everything that you have achieved,” AZ noted.

She continued, “You amaze me in so many ways, 'yung pagiging hardworking mo, how you act, how you sing, 'yung lahat ng mga talents mo, You know, sinasabi ko to sa iba, ikaw 'yung first actor na nakatrabaho ko kaya I feel so honored. I feel so blessed na up until now nakaka-work pa rin kita.”

Will, Vince and AZ are part of the new story in Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko titled "Beast Friends Forever," which will air on September 20, after Magpakailanman.

Aside from numerous TV guestings, Will is also part of the movie Bar Boys: After School and will have a solo concert titled "Will Ashley Live" on October 18 at the New Frontier Theater.
