Sunday PinaSaya goes beyond recognizing the exceptional performances and artistic merit of its cast members and guests as the top-rating comedy-musical variety show kicks off 2019 with the launch of the first-ever “Sunday PinaSaya Awards.”

The country's number one Sunday noontime habit will honor various Kapuso artists who brought remarkable joy to the Kapuso viewers and owned the spotlight in the program's different segments in the past year.

The nominees have been screened by an esteemed panel of judges in the entertainment industry. Each of the four judges will choose one winner per category. One judge counts for one vote. The nominee with the most number of votes in the online poll via Facebook gets one vote that will be added to the total score. The nominee with the highest vote among the distinguished judges and viewers will be declared the winner and will take home the coveted Sunday PinaSaya award.
