Kapuso beauty queen and actress Winwyn Marquez is ready to step into the new year
Before that, she recapped 2025 in a short video she shared on her Instagram account.
She began the video by looking back at what she tried to achieve last year.
Winwyn shared, "2025 was a blessing. I used to think life was about balancing motherhood and career but this year taught me otherwise. Balance isn't something you fully figure out. Mahirap talaga. Some seasons ask more of you than others and that's okay. You do the best you can with what you have and that is enough."
The year also gave her a chance to strengthen her support system.
She added, "2025 gave me more than outcomes. It gave me memories with my daughter, my partner, my family, and friendships that eventually became family. It showed me who truly believed in me, [who showed me] support without expectations, without asking anything in return, showing up in every stage with love, with fairness, with honesty and no bias at all."
The previous year also taught Winwyn to love herself better.
"This year humbled me gently. It reminded me while many things are replaceable, I am not. I'm stepping into 2026 grateful and grounded, trusting that God is unfolding what's meant for me right on time. Happy new year, everybody," she ended the video.
"Thank you to everyone who made my 2025 unforgettable…," she caption her post.
Winwyn is set to be part of upcoming primetime action-drama series Never Say Die which is topbilled by Star of the New Gen Jillian Ward and Pambasang Ginoo David Licauco.
They are joined by a huge all-star cast including Richard Yap, Kim Ji-soo, Analyn Barro, and Raheel Bhyria.
Also part of the cast are Raymart Santiago, Angelu de Leon, Wendell Ramos, Ayen Munji-Laurel, Jonathan Villoso, and Ms. Gina Alajar.
