Marquez sent an inspiring message for mothers who are trying to get back in shape.

Actress and beauty queen Winwyn Marquez sent an encouraging message to mother who are trying to get back in shape.

Winwyn shared a short video that summarized her fitness journey after giving birth to her daughter Luna.

"Strong enough to bear a child then get back to business!" the text on her video read as it opened with Winwyn showing off her baby bump.

It is followed by several short clips of her doing Pilates, yoga, and tennis.

"It's not easy, and it really doesn't happen overnight. Some days just feel heavier than others… and that's okay.

"But somehow, we still show up.

"Mama, take your time. You're stronger than you think..," she wrote on the caption of her post.
