Kapuso actress Winwyn Marquez seems very excited to earn her new title as a military reservist under the Philippine Marines.

On Instagram Story, the beautiful 28-year-old gave a preview of her uniform after finishing her Basic Citizens' Military Training.

“A few more weeks,” she wrote in the caption while holding a badge that says, “marines.”

In previous interviews, the Glow Up host relayed that her call to service prompted her to join the Army Reserve Command.

“Siguro, the fact that I know how to protect my family and even the people that I don't know 'pag may emergency,” she said.

"Pero, the biggest factor was 'yung sinabi na you can serve your country, and you can serve people. Dun pa lang hindi na ako nagdalawang isip kasi my heart is for service. I'm not sure if people noticed this, but 'yung path ko laging papunta doon.

"Yes, I'm a beauty queen pero I see this as a new title, and I'm proud to share this with everyone --- that I'm gonna be a reservist under the marines."

High Rise Lovers

Another thing that's keeping Winwyn busy is the promotion of her latest project in the Kapuso network: starring in the drama anthology series I Can See You: High Rise Lovers.

On both Instagram and Twitter, several fans have been telling the actress how convincing she portrayed her role as the mistress Ysabel in the series.

A fan posted on Instagram, “Affected ako sa character mo… Kaya, it only means, ang galing mo!”

Meanwhile, another wrote, “Ang galing mo dun. Love ko when you squeezed Tom's butt sa elevator. Ang #naughty.”

Her fans are so immersed with Winwyn's role that led the actress to write on Twitter, “Gentle Reminder: Si Ysabel po 'yan napapanood niyo. Hindi po yan si Winwyn. #ICSYHighRiseLovers #HRLTheKiss.”
