For some, working out may appear as an unexciting and laborious task. People look for different reasons and incentives to get active.
Sometimes, this includes wearing a chic activewear or aspiring to look like your favorite celebrity. Undoubtedly, what also motivates you to clock in a sweat session is when you get to spend it with your partner.
Working out with your loved one is a great bonding experience. It could be an alternative to a date night while in quarantine, or simply a stress reliever as you focus your energy on your exercise as well as your partner. Having a workout buddy takes your mind off your draining activity, and it also provides a sense of accountability.
To get you started on your couple workout routine, take a cue from these celebrities.

Rodjun Cruz and Dianne Medina are both excellent dancers. However, their interest and level in working out varies.
In their early guestings on Mars Pa More, they shared a dynamic routine that is time-based and can be modified, depending on the person's fitness level. More importantly, they encourage couples to do the exercises facing each other for extra inspiration. They demonstrated how to do air squats, high knees and squats, skaters, and push ups with taps.
