A “G” or General Audience rating means the film is suitable for all ages and safe to be viewed without adult guidance or supervision.

Cast members were elated with the good news:

“Wow! G-rating means good for everyone,” says lead actor Rocco Nacino. “We are all excited for moviegoers to feel a different kind of love story this December 25.”

Adds Yeng Constantino, who recently debuted the film's official music “Ikaw Ang Akin”: “It is nice to know that all audiences can soon watch our beautiful film.”

Meanwhile, Miles Ocampo had this to say: “Thank you Lord!!! Write About Love is indeed for the young as well as the young at heart. We cannot wait for everyone to see this film. We pray the Filipino audiences will support us in MMFF 2019.”

The film is co-written and directed by Crisanto B. Aquino in his directorial debut with music helmed by Jerrold Tarog and executive produced by Fernando Ortigas, Eduardo A. Rocha and Vincent Nebrida.

Prior to the good news, TBA Studios received word that the film was also one of the top favorites of this year's MMFF Selection Committee.

“Love happens to people of all ages in different manners and circumstances,” says Eduardo Rocha, CEO & Executive Producer. “On behalf of TBA Studios, we thank the MTRCB for opening Write About Love to all audiences and the MMFF Selection Committee for choosing love to give joy to the Filipino audiences this holiday season.”

“Write About Love” opens on Christmas Day, December 25 and is TBA Studios' official entry to the 45 th Metro Manila Film Festival.
