Bilang newly-crowned Reina Hispanoamericana, isa sa mga responsibilidad ni Wyn ay ang pag promote ng Hispanic culture.

Ang Kapuso star na si Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez ang kauna-unahang Pinay at nag-iisang Asyano na sumali at nanalo sa Bolivia-based beauty pageant na Reina Hispanoamericana 2017.

Bilang newly-crowned queen, isa sa mga responsibilidad ni Wyn bilang Reina Hispanoamericana ay i-promote ang Hispanic culture. Balak niyang palawakin ang kaalaman ng mga Pinoy at Asyano sa kultura ng mga Espanyol.

“I have to promote Hispanic culture. I have to promote that in the Philippines at kung kaya i-tap ang Asia kasi lost na dito ang Spanish culture. Hindi na masyado pinag-uusapan [at] hindi na alam ng ibang millennials and younger generations,” paliwanag ng Pinay beauty queen sa panayam ng GMANetwork.com.

Mabuti man o hindi, may karapatan pa rin ang mga kabataan na malaman ang ating kasaysayan, “I think it’s good to go back to your roots and heritage no matter how bad it was. Siyempre, hindi naman maganda ‘yung dati pero kailangan malaman ng tao iyon kasi we’ve learned from something from our traditions, cultures, and religion, and we have to be thankful for it.”

Bukod dito, magiging abala si Wyn sa kanyang TV guestings at mga proyekto sa Kapuso network.
