Xian Lim: “This 2026, all I wish for is to become a better version of myself.”
As 2026 begins, Xian Lim takes a moment to reflect on his journey over the past year.
The actor shared a photo dump on his Instagram highlighting each month of 2025, showcasing an adventurous and fulfilling year filled with acting, hosting, directing gigs, travels, quality time with family and friends, and his private pilot journey.
“Happy New Year, everyone,” he greeted in his caption.
“I know this recap is a bit late, but I took a little time to put together the moments I'd like to share from the past year. What a journey for all of us,” he continued.
Xian shared that life moves fast for everyone, which often leads us to “forget to pause and be grateful for life, for the people around us, and for the moments that make us smile.”
“Parang lagi na lang tayong nagha-habol ng deadlines, promotion, certifications, the next big thing na para bang dapat may grandiose moment para lang mag celebrate,” he explained.
He added, taking a moment to appreciate his blessings, “But isn't every day a celebration for being alive? Minsan talaga, I'm guilty for this na nakakalimutan ko to just stay still, be present, be in the moment, and take in the beautiful things happening around me.”
Despite everything, Xian wanted to thank everyone he got to share “beautiful moments and conversations” with.
“This 2026, all I wish for is to become a better version of myself. To be a student of life. To keep learning new things, push myself to grow, and do more things out of my comfort zone,” he said, looking forward to more growth in 2026.
“Life may not always go according to plan. Maraming ups and downs, maraming hindi inaasahan, mapanakit, unjustifiable...but naniniwala ako that we are exactly where we need to be,” he added. “Here's to living life to the fullest! Happy 2026, everyone!”
In 2025, one of Xian's greatest achievements was becoming an official private pilot. This year, he aims to achieve his commercial pilot license (CPL).
In November 2024, Xian successfully completed his first solo flight. Since then, he has been giving fans and followers glimpses of his journey as a pilot-in-training on Instagram.
