
Yasmien Kurdi is proud of her daughter, Ayesha.
Ayesha was one of the speakers at the DLSZ (De La Salle Santiago Zobel) Open House. Her speech focused on healing and personal growth.

She said, "La Salle gave me the space to heal. To grow and believe in myself again."
Yasmien has previously shared that her daughter, Ayesha, experienced bullying.
The Kapuso star also wrote a heartfelt message in the video featuring Ayesha's speech. She said, "GRABE Ayesha! Wala kaming masabi… Talagang wala kaming idea ng Papa mo sa sasabihin mo on stage, at kinakabahan ako sobra… pero ginulat mo kami! 😭 Ang galing mo! We are so proud of you!"
The celebrity mom expressed how she felt after hearing her daughter's speech.
"Watching you stand there so brave and confident is the best gift our hearts could ever receive as your parents. And seeing how you overcame everything with God's guidance within you means more to us than words can say."
Yasmien expressed her happiness that her daughter is in a safe environment where she can thrive and be happy.
"We are so grateful that you are now in a safe place, protected, supported, and truly cared for. Watching you grow and live out your high school dreams makes me emotional: being a core leader, stepping in as a host whenever the school needs one (I know how much you love it), and becoming a varsity player for DLSZ."
At the end of her post, Yasmien made a promise to her eldest child. She said, "Always proud of you, our forever baby girl! Napaiyak mo nanaman ako… We love you #AyeshaZara ! 😘 Mama and Papa will always protect you!"
