Yassi Pressman shows the damage left by Typhoon Ulysses to her Rizal home.
“This is what my home in Rizal looked like a few days ago,” captioned actress Yassi Pressman as she showed a photo of her home surrounded by floodwater.
Yassi is among the few celebrities who were unable to steer clear of Typhoon Ulysses's path of destructionn as it hit Luzon last Thursday, November 12.
According to the 25-year-old actress, she is still grateful that her staff is safe from harm despite the storm.
“Thank you to my staff for doing all they can to save what we could. Thank you, Yaya Lai, Ate Joy, Kuya Joel, Jerome, at mga boys at mga kapitbahay na nagtulong-tulong. Sobrang salamat.”
She continued, “Sana po magpakatatag pa po tayo at patuloy na magdasal para sa mga kababayan po natin.
“Tulungan po natin sila sa kahit ano'ng paraan na makakaya natin. Mag-ingat po sana ang lahat. Malaking yakap.”
Many of Yassi's fans offered their prayers as the actress recovers from the storm.
