
Hold onto your seats, Blinks and Treasure Makers! YG Entertainment just dropped some major 2025 news!
On Monday, December 2, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk announced his 2025 plans for Blackpink and Treasure on YouTube.
"The year 2025 is a year when many events will unfold for YG, including activities from TREASURE, BABYMONSTER, and AKMU. WINNER is also planning a tour. And it's a significant year as BLACKPINK's world tour kicks off," he said.
According to the uploaded video, Blackpink is preparing for a world tour next year.
The dates of Blackpink's tour are yet to be confirmed.
Last August, the girl group celebrated their 8th anniversary.
Member Rosé wrote a sweet message on Instagram to commemorate their anniversary.
"Happy 8 years @blackpinkofficial. Thank you girlies for being my best sisters throughout all of this," she said.
Meanwhile, boy band Treasure will introduce new leaders.
Treasure is set to release an EP in February 2025 and a full-length album between July and August 2025. The boy band will also start a world tour in October 2025.
Yang announced that the band's upcoming single, “Last Night,” will be released this Thursday.
