Ylona Garcia may have moved to another country to start a new career path, but her roots remain connected to the Philippines.
The Filipino-Australian singer shared photos of her in California for the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Oakland Athletics game where she performed the Philippine National Anthem.
Ylona admitted that she was nervous singing the national anthem, but she was proud to represent her culture.
In 2015, Ylona rose to fame in the Philippines after joining a Philippine television reality show at age 13.
She became a singer, songwriter, and actress until she went back to her hometown in Australia in 2021. That same year, Ylona signed a contract with US music label 88rising in 2021 and released her own singles such as "Entertain Me."
