Award-winning Korean actor Yoo Ah-in is making a statement on his ability to play a plethora of characters with his newest supernatural drama series on Netflix titled Hellbound.
Directed by Yeon Sang-ho, the person who helmed Gong Yoo's highly successful movie Train To Busan, Hellbound tells the story of Jeong Jin‑soo (Ah-in) a cult leader who lives in a world where monstrous beings arrive on Earth to condemn people to Hell.
Ah-in has previously starred in a post-apocalyptic K-zombie flick #Alive (2020) where he played a gamer named Oh Joon-woo alongside Park Shin-hye.

Netflix recently uploaded a new one-minute trailer yesterday, October 27, for Hellbound where Ah-in's character can be heard saying, “Why do people sin? The concept of sin exists, because human choose to sin."
“We have forgotten about shame, remorse, repentance, and redemption. God has found a way to directly show you what hell is like. He's telling us to be more righteous.”
Hellbound is coming to Netflix on November 19.
