The lead stars of 'You're My Favorite Song'—Caprice Cayetano, Heath Jornales, Marco Masa, and Clifford—were filled with excitement and gratitude during the story conference held last Tuesday.

The four lead stars of the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series You're My Favorite Song—Caprice Cayetano, Heath Jornales, Marco Masa, and Clifford—couldn't help but express their excitement and gratitude for their first-ever series together following their stint in the reality competition PBB Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.

During the story conference for their new series held last Tuesday, May 12, they were given a preview of the show's plot, as well as the introduction of the various characters who will be joining the four leads.

Caprice, Heath, Marco, and Clifford shared their respective feelings and excitement now that their journey in creating the series together has formally begun.

Clifford expressed his gratitude to GMA Public Affairs for giving him another opportunity to work with them again after previously being part of the series MAKA. According to him, he is very excited about the direction of their upcoming series now that everything is finalized.

“I just want to say thank you so much po. Once again, GMA Public Affairs; this is our second time working with each other, all the way back from MAKA pa po. Ngayon na nabuo na po 'yung You're My Favorite Song, I'm super excited na,” Clifford said.

The Kapuso actor added that being together in one series with his friends is a dream come true for all of them. He also expressed his hope that their series reaches a wide audience, especially the youth who will be able to relate to it.

“Lagi po naming sasabihin na dream come true po ito ever since. Pinapangarap lang po namin together. I really hope that this project will go far. I'm sure it will go far and sana po ma-bring natin 'yung lightness sa mga kabataan ngayon,” shared Clifford.

Marco, for his part, shared his excitement regarding the new character he will be portraying. He also thanked the entire production team and GMA Public Affairs for giving him the opportunity to be part of a new series alongside his fellow former housemates.

“First of all, I would like to thank GMA Public Affairs. Naka-work ko na po kayo before, and now sa panibagong character, I'm just really excited to put this into life. Of course, Direk [JP Habac], sa production po, sa mga writers; maraming-maraming salamat po,” Marco said.

He also promised to give his absolute best to ensure the growth and excellence of his character in the series. Furthermore, he expressed how excited he is to work with the cast in what he described as a “different but good” series that he is now a part of.

“Asahan ninyo po na gagawin ko po 'yung best ko ita-try ko na makapagbigay rin ng tulong sa inyo sa magiging character arc ko. Ngayon, I am really excited to work with this wonderful cast. This might be a different one, but I am pretty sure that it's gonna be a good one,” he expressed.

Heath also expressed his gratitude to the creative team behind their series. According to him, he is beyond excited because this is his first major role, and he considers it a great honor to be part of the project.

The young Sparkle heartthrob also promised that he will do his best to fulfill his role in the series.

“I just want to say thank you so much GMA Public Affairs for having me here po. Thank you much to the writers and directors. I'm super excited po to this project and it's such an honor to be part of this. Ito po 'yung first major role na nakuha ko kaya I'm really excited po and I will going to do my very best para sa inyo,” Heath expressed.

The lead actress, Caprice, is also full of gratitude and excitement, stating that she can no longer wait to bond more closely with the cast of her first lead series.

The actress added that she is looking forward to the new things she will learn from her co-stars as well as from the production team behind the project.

She also sent a message to her supporters, asking them to support their upcoming series, which she says will offer valuable lessons and a story that many can relate to.

“Maraming salamat po sa pagdalo today. Nae-excite na po ako maka-work kayong lahat at mas maka-bond pa po 'yung lahat ng characters. Alam ko po marami po akong matutuhan sa bawat isa sa inyo at I am very excited. Sana patuloy niyo pong suportahan ang You're My Favorite Song at excited na po kaming maka-relate kayo sa istorya nito. Maraming salamat!” Caprice expressed.

Joining the four in this series are Boboy Garovillo, James Blanco, Katya Santos, Waynona Collings, Princess Aliyah, Lee Victor, Kairo Lazarte, and Andrei Fajardo.

Directed by JP Habac and written by Erwin Bravo, the upcoming series You're My Favorite Song will feature a star-studded cast of PBB Collab 2.0 alumni, including leads Caprice Cayetano and Heath Jornales, alongside Marco Masa and Clifford.
